The NIMBY Crowd Invades Iowa

<p>It didn't take long for <a href="http://www.kcci.com/news/9725540/detail.html">someone in Iowa to join the <strong>Not In My Backyard</strong> (NIMBY) crowd.</a>  I thought we'd be immune to this for a bit longer but I was wrong.  </p>
